Costa Projects would like to invite you for a viewing trip of a few days where we show you the most beautiful new homes that fully match your wishes.

A viewing trip at Costa Projects looks like this:
After having spoken to each other in detail, you indicate when you want to come to Spain and we then jointly plan the number of days for the visits and the properties to be viewed. Huub van den Abbeelen or Dirk Lenaerts, for the Belgian market, will pick you up personally from the airport and take you to our beautiful studio directly on the boulevard in Guardamar, where you can stay free of charge. After arrival we look for a cozy terrace to get to know each other while enjoying a drink and we go through the planned schedule of the houses to be visited. Of course, Huub or Dirk will also take you back to the airport at the end of your stay.
 
The properties you are going to see have all been visited, checked and assessed by us on the basis of the “Costa Projects quality model”. We only offer our customers homes that meet our quality model. These are the properties you can find on our website. We will also give you an impression of the area so that you get a good idea of the area, what there is to do, how far the distance is to the shops, nightlife, restaurants, activities and of course the beautiful beaches.
 
When purchasing a property in Spain, financial and tax aspects are of course also discussed. For that reason, we will also visit the SGM law firm with which we work together with you. The employees of this office will give you a clear explanation, of course in your own language, of the entire sales process, including the aftercare that we provide together with the law firm.
 
After you have seen a number of properties, we will evaluate the viewings together with you and help you consider the pros and cons so that you can make a good choice for your dream home.
